Job Summary
Sabena Technics is seeking a highly skilled Flight Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient preparation and execution of flights.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze NOTAMs and flight route planning to ensure safe and efficient flight operations
• Calculate fuel requirements based on aircraft weight and weather conditions
• Request overflight rights and departure/arrival slots
• Create and submit flight plans to civil aviation services
• Collaborate with flight crew and other stakeholders to ensure smooth flight execution
Requirements
• Diploma or certificate in Aircraft Operations Technician (ENAC, ESMA, Horizons Academy, or equivalent)
• Significant experience in dispatch, with ETOPS experience a plus
• Expert knowledge of regulations related to air operations and aviation safety
• Proficiency in computer and communication tools
• Excellent command of the English language
