About the Role

The Inria Saclay-Île-de-France Research Centre is seeking a skilled Embedded Systems Engineer to join its team. As part of the 5G-mMTC research project, you will be responsible for developing advanced platforms for experimenting with IoT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing software for embedded systems, including system-level software and drivers for modern cellular modules.
  • Contributing to developing embedded AI research ideas, experimenting with, porting, and improving existing TinyML software.
  • Developing control software to remotely manage embedded systems as they are integrated into experimental platforms.
  • Developing software to benchmark and perform whole system optimization (embedded system + communication + edge server).
Requirements
  • Knowledge and mastery of low-level C programming language and tools, and embedded systems.
  • Good command of scientific English.
