Within the Group's IS Finance Department, you will assist the Transactional Applications Manager by overseeing the ASPEN application and its associated components.
You will lead a support team of 2 on-site personnel and manage a TMA contract involving a team of 3 in Romania.
Your Responsibilities:
As the application referent, you will act as the primary contact for the Finance business lines and project managers, addressing requests for upgrades from the business lines (evolutionary maintenance) or projects. As a functional and application authority, you will serve as the key liaison in this domain. As a manager, you will ensure the quality of service delivered to the business, overseeing both your direct reports and external contracts for which you are responsible for control, monitoring, and operation. You will oversee corrective and application maintenance activities, managing all support, request processing, problem detection, and resolution tasks, including incoming and outgoing interfaces. You will ensure that tools and procedures operate effectively, particularly concerning closing operations. You will liaise with the IT team regarding the application perimeter (development, parameterization, technical production, etc.) and ensure adherence to standards and processes concerning the business lines.Your Mission:
Reporting and analytics, Leading governance committees focused on the application scope. Participating in IS Finance project and steering committees. Daily team management and workload planning. Drafting and systematic validation of specifications as necessary. Ensuring compliance with business standards (e.g., internal control of system access) and technical standards (e.g., validation of production releases). Monitoring the team's schedule in alignment with set objectives and commitments (e.g., backlog management, deadline control). Alerting management to any discrepancies. Managing operational relations with suppliers (e.g., publisher, integrator, partner). QualificationsAbout You:
You possess a 5-year degree with a focus on Finance and/or IT (such as MIAGE).
Required Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of experience as a project management consultant in a corporate or consulting environment, with a solid understanding of project management. Functional and technical expertise in Coupa systems. Experience managing a RUN / MCO team. Familiarity with ITIL processes or equivalent. Knowledge of SI PROCUREMENT and FINANCIAL systems.Required Skills:
