We are seeking a highly skilled P&C Technology Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the delivery of our global P&C Technology initiatives for several countries, driving and leading change adoption.
Main Responsibilities
Management of the P&C Technology generalists in the respective local team (~5 people in France and close connection with other contributors in other countries)
Make sure and support the adoption of global P&C Technology Products by the end users in the countries in scope
Apply systematic and well-established change management approaches (incl training and communication), knowledge, tools, and resources to maximize adoption and minimize business disruptions.
Requirements & Experiential Learning
- Balance of P&C Technology technical knowledge and business acumen
- Experience with working in a P&C Technology landscape with Oracle & Service Now. Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Positive employee experience mind set
- Experience in management of a team
- Proactive, self-starter with good project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude and always strive for continuous improvement
- Working with large, cross functional, multi-cultural, multi-time zone and virtual team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage, influence and inspire stakeholders to adopt industry proven best practices, simplification, harmonization, and automation
- Fluency in English
- Experience with Scrum methodology
The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in HR (Human Resource) Technologies, preferably in a multinational company.
