The P&C Technology Manager Role
This exciting opportunity is for a P&C Technology Manager to lead our global P&C Technology initiatives in Northern Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of our P&C Technology generalists in France and other countries, ensuring the adoption of global P&C Technology products, and driving change management approaches to minimize disruptions.
Main Responsibilities
- Management of P&C Technology generalists in France and other countries
- Adoption of global P&C Technology products by end-users
- Application of systematic change management approaches to maximize adoption and minimize disruptions
- Collaboration with P&C Technology Product Owners to deliver best support services
- Ensuring awareness of local P&C Technology landscapes and acting as a main point of contact
- Driving continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, organization efficiency, and cost reduction
Requirements and Experiential Learning
- Balanced P&C Technology technical knowledge and business acumen
- Experience working in a P&C Technology landscape with Oracle & ServiceNow. Experience with SAP a plus
- Positive employee experience mindset
- Experience in team management
- Proactive self-starter with good project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
- Experience with Scrum methodology
The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in HR Technologies, preferably in a multinational company.
