We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Performance team at SCOR. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business objectives and driving strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes, including strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that impact our business performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and present financial reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to inform business decisions.
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Provide analytical support for various finance and non-finance projects, including process reengineering, capital allocation, and performance management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in reinsurance or insurance.
- Strong background in financial planning and analysis, financial audit, controlling, consolidation, or financial consulting.
- Knowledge of IFRS (particularly IFRS 17) and Solvency II.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with SAP solutions (e.g., BFC, BPC, etc.).
- Business and finance education (business school, MBA, Bac + 5 equivalent) and/or actuarial degree.
- Full proficiency in English written and spoken.
