Role Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer in the Asset Management division, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Strategic Consulting: Assisting in strategic decision-making and implementing optimized asset management strategies across water, waste, and energy sectors; conducting maintenance evaluations and providing recommendations; aiding clients in the development and potential certification of their asset management frameworks.
- Implementation of Tools: Facilitating the deployment of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and decision-support tools.
- Asset Management Planning: Conducting risk assessments, evaluating asset conditions, performing cost-benefit analyses, developing optimization strategies, planning renewals, and contributing to proposal submissions.
- Technical Assistance: Enhancing methodologies, tools, and project initiatives; preparing production and financial documentation.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a BAC+5 engineering degree with a focus on asset management or maintenance, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. You should have a solid understanding of infrastructure maintenance within the water, sanitation, energy, or industrial sectors. Familiarity with ISO 55001, asset management tools (CMMS, GIS), performance metrics, and database management is essential. The role requires autonomy, strong writing abilities, effective client engagement, and fluency in both French and English. Proficiency in an additional language is advantageous. The position may involve occasional travel.
