**The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Business Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies for our active ingredients business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement global marketing plans to promote our active ingredients and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and research and development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the beauty and personal care industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and trade shows.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the beauty and personal care industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive business growth through effective marketing strategies.
