About the Role

Symrise is a leading global provider of fragrances, flavors, food, nutrition, and cosmetic ingredients. As a seasoned marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand and marketing management, with a proven track record of leading and executing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse global audiences. You will be fluent in English and possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft compelling narratives to showcase the unique selling points of our products and meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate the execution of global promotional tools with external graphic designers, maintaining consistency with our branding guidelines.
  • Develop creative concepts to support product launches and promotional activities, collaborating closely with BU Heads and Product Managers.
Requirements

You will be a seasoned professional in the beauty industry, equipped with a degree and significant experience in brand and marketing management. You will be proficient in market research methodologies and relevant marketing tools, with a strategic mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
