We are seeking an Interim Legal and Compliance Advisor with a robust background in contract management to support our strategic initiatives. This role will report to the Assistant General Counsel and will involve close collaboration with senior legal professionals focused on key business areas, particularly in the field of electromobility.
The responsibilities of this position include engaging in cross-functional projects, providing proactive legal guidance to daily operations, and drafting and negotiating various contract types such as purchase agreements and collaboration contracts. You will also support dispute resolution involving suppliers and other external entities, while ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in sourcing projects related to electromobility;
- Offer business-oriented legal advice to operations;
- Draft and negotiate diverse contracts, collaborating with business teams as necessary;
- Provide legal support for disputes and issues affecting operations;
- Promote compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
- Manage and enhance awareness of legal and commercial risks;
- Collaborate with Lead Counsels on commodity-related matters;
- Work with colleagues globally on legal projects and initiatives.
- Over 8 years of experience in the automotive sector with a focus on contract management;
- Expertise in negotiation and drafting contracts, particularly in the electromobility sector;
- Bachelor’s degree in Law;
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Creative problem-solving skills and commercial insight;
- A genuine interest in the electromobility market and the automotive industry's electrification journey;
- Understanding of compliance challenges in automotive purchasing;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment;
- A proactive and accountable mindset;
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively;
- Cultural awareness from experience in a global context;
