Position Overview

Role Responsibilities

This position within the France Compliance team is pivotal in delivering regulatory interpretation and guidance, as well as developing policies and training on regulatory issues pertinent to the FICC business.

The responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with various departments such as Legal, Controllers, Internal Audit, Technology, and Operations to ensure effective resolution of compliance challenges.
  • Working alongside other Compliance teams and business units to prepare responses for regulatory audits, reviews, and inquiries.
  • Designing and conducting training sessions focused on Compliance matters, particularly regarding EU and French regulations.
