Job Summary
Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior Business Solution Consultant to provide functional expertise in our Asset and Work Management software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique business requirements driving the industries our customers serve and will build relationships with customers as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on Hitachi Energy software solutions for internal and external audiences.
- Work under minimal supervision to prepare for customer workshops, collaborating with customers and Hitachi Energy Product Managers to ensure customer requirements are fully met.
- Craft solution positioning in response to customer needs and evaluate trade-offs between compliance and cost/value.
- Support the proposal response function by providing initial review and comments to qualify opportunities and assist in response preparation.
Requirements
- Experience in asset management, maintenance, and work management in asset-intensive industries, specifically power generation and transmission, utilities, transportation, mining, or public infrastructure.
- Knowledge of preventative, predictive, and shutdown planning, scheduling, and work management is highly desirable.
- Good practical understanding and experience of the Supply Chain provision of materials and services, and the interaction with effective maintenance is also highly desirable.
