Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team at ADMR in Chateaugiron. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their daily lives, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals, and assist with feeding
  • Provide companionship and social support, engaging in activities and conversations
  • Assist with mobility and transportation, accompanying individuals to appointments and activities
  • Maintain a safe and clean living environment, performing light housekeeping and laundry tasks
Requirements
  • Experience in care work or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Permit de conduire (driver's license) an asset
