Financial Treasury Specialist

Position Overview:
Contentsquare is a leading global digital analytics firm dedicated to enhancing online experiences for users worldwide. Since our inception, we have expanded our reach and built a diverse team representing over 70 nationalities. We are currently seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Finance Department, reporting directly to the Group Treasurer. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our treasury operations and cash management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payments and third-party management using the Cash Management Platform Kyriba, ensuring adherence to payment processes and guidelines.
- Maintain Kyriba for payment profiles and signature workflows, in line with bank delegations.
- Update and manage the bank delegation database.
- Engage in project work for the integration of new or acquired entities into Kyriba and the evolution of group systems.
- Verify compliance with bank conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, P2P, accounting, legal) and external partners (bank back offices, software providers).
- Adapt responsibilities as the treasury team expands and evolves.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Master's degree in Finance, Treasury, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of one relevant experience in Treasury, including internships or apprenticeships.
- Technical expertise in international payment formats and banking communication tools (Swiftnet and Kyriba), with experience in Kyriba implementation or configuration in a multi-country setting.
- Experience managing bank delegations and powers of attorney.
- Adept at navigating an international and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and inquisitive, with a proactive approach to a constantly changing field.

- Experience in conducting internal audits of treasury processes and contributing to the development of payment guidelines.
- Solid understanding of internal control principles and a commitment to best practices, including awareness of fraud and compliance measures.
- Interest in technological advancements in the treasury field and a desire to enhance tools and processes.
