We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Power Project Manager to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our electronic power systems, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of electronic power systems, including the architecture of the power conversion chain and the development of electronic cards and sub-assemblies.
- Manage and coordinate a team of engineers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
- Ensure that all projects are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
- Contribute to the development of new technologies and innovations in the field of electronic power systems.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the design and development of electronic power systems.
- Proven track record of leading projects and teams to deliver results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
