Scope

As our E2E Solution Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of our solution roadmap, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across regions. Your expertise will be instrumental in turning strategic deliverables into actionable plans, leading their execution, and collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage programs as directed by senior stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and deliverables.
  • Champion programs to increase awareness and understanding across regions, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Consolidate interdependent initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, driving business outcomes.
  • Own and clarify the E2E program framework, ensuring clear expectations and deliverables.
  • Coordinate resources and address escalations throughout the E2E program lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure seamless integration of our solution offer across multiple teams, driving business growth.
  • Assess regional capabilities to adopt new solutions and align regional processes, promoting innovation.
  • Communicate program expectations, progress, and changes to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
  • Ensure program outcomes meet set timelines, quality criteria, and KPI metrics, driving business success.
  • Track program performance and apply risk and change management principles, ensuring adaptability.
  • Provide detailed program progress reports to key stakeholders and sponsors, ensuring visibility.
  • Support and prepare for program-related forums and meetings, fostering collaboration.
  • Encourage and lead continuous improvement initiatives across program teams, driving excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing multiple complex projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Must have experience in client-facing/stakeholder management, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in working in collaboration with region & global teams, with a strong grasp of B2B sales and commercial processes.
  • An ability to drive & deliver on complex global projects, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Must have PMP or Prince 2 certification, with a strong understanding of project management principles.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with the payment industry, with a strong understanding of payment solutions.
  • Proven experience in complex portfolio, program, and project implementations, with a strong grasp of business processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptable, analytical, and solution-oriented, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with a strong understanding of business terminology.

This role could be based in various locations, including Valence, Suresnes, Milan, Madrid, or Scotland.
