Zuma Cannes is seeking a seasoned Sommelier to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional wine service, managing wine stock levels, and building relationships with regular guests and high-value customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless and efficient wine service daily
• Use your expertise to select and recommend wines and sakes to enhance guest experiences
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely ordering
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of wine and sake service equipment, addressing any needs with management
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth and efficient wine service daily

Requirements

• A genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for Japanese cuisine
• Proven experience as a sommelier in a luxury high-volume restaurant
• A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team
• Naturally friendly, customer-oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences

Benefits and Compensation

• Salary: Competitive salary range €60,000 - €80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
