About the Role
As a Lead Product Manager at Deepomatic, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's product vision and strategy. You will be responsible for co-creating the product roadmap, building and maintaining relationships with customers, users, and partners, and overseeing the implementation and improvement of discovery processes, solution development, and delivery within your scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business, products, and market context.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
- Lead the development of product requirements and specifications.
- Work closely with customers, users, and partners to understand their needs and preferences.
- Coach and manage Product Managers/Product Owners to ensure successful product delivery.
- Participate in squad meetings to stay informed about product and tech organization.
- Brainstorm and develop long-term product strategies to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in a scale-up environment.
- Previous experience as a Product Manager or Head of Product in a company offering a SaaS solution for Enterprise customers.
- Excellent product and tech expertise, with a strong understanding of AI and deep learning topics.
- Strong synthesis and communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in both French and English at a professional level.
