Role Overview:
As a member of the Group Norms team within the Group Finance Direction, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with IFRS and sustainability standards in our reporting processes. This position involves collaboration with the Group Sustainability Reporting (GSR) team, focusing on meeting AXA's ambitions for ESG reporting and adapting to evolving regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of sustainability reporting requirements across the organization.
- Provide expert guidance on sustainability reporting to AXA Group entities.
- Contribute to the development and revision of sustainability reporting regulations and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of externally released sustainability documents.
- Engage with external auditors regarding sustainability reporting interpretations.
Technical Expertise:
Utilize your knowledge of major reporting frameworks and standards (e.g., EFRAG, ISSB, TCFD, SASB, GRI) to provide technical advice and support to AXA Group departments. Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders on current and upcoming reporting requirements.
Monitoring and Development:
Stay informed about regulatory developments and best practices in sustainability reporting. Analyze gaps in reporting readiness and provide insights to enhance compliance with new requirements.
Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of sustainability reporting requirements and concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Proactive and dynamic approach to problem-solving.
