Job Title: Business Data Analyst Lead

Accor is seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst Lead to join our Astore Digital Factory team. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for leading the data analysis function and driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Business Data Analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data insights
  • Prioritize business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs
  • Develop and deploy dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to business leaders
  • Interpret key business data sets and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Work closely with data engineers and scientists to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions with data
Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-5 years of experience in data analysis and preparation, including experience with large data sets
  • Strong mathematical skills and knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, R, and Python
  • Experience with data visualization tools and ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Agile development experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
