Accor is seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst Lead to join our Astore Digital Factory team. As a key member of our Procurement organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and optimization through data-driven insights.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Business Data Analysts to deliver high-quality data analysis and insights
- Prioritize business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives
- Develop and deploy dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to inform business decisions
- Interpret key business data sets and provide actionable recommendations for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategies and process improvements
- BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-5 years of experience in data analysis and preparation, including experience with large data sets
- Strong mathematical skills and knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, R, and Python
- Experience with data visualization tools and Agile development methodologies
