Customer Operations Team Member

parcelLab, the leading Operations Experience Management platform, is growing rapidly and we're looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Operations team.

About the Role

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service to our customers and we're seeking a motivated individual to help us achieve this goal. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st line support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Manage customer expectations and provide timely updates
  • Collaborate with Technical Support Engineers to resolve technical issues
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resources
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or technical support for SaaS products
  • Fluent in English and German, with additional languages a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
