Job Title: Senior Manager Commercial Pricing

AXA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Commercial Pricing to join our Group Chief Underwriting Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing, enabling, and driving profit and growth through Product Underwriting Strategy, Portfolio Design, and Technical Underwriting Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver strategic objectives in partnership with underwriting and executive management
  • Share expertise on product pricing methodologies, including pricing algorithms, pricing parameters, and advanced pricing techniques
  • Provide direction and support development of central pricing models and platforms
  • Manage the P&C Coml Short Tail Pricing team
  • Boundaryless leadership and strategic acumen: develop shared outcomes and measures to improve clarity of decision making and leveraging data to make decisions
  • Influence and stakeholder management within a matrixed complex and international setup
Requirements:
  • Proven experience interacting with senior leaders and evolving in matrixed environments
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to directly influence strategy and portfolio management, as well as setting the technical culture
