Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager Senior Short Tail to join our team at AXA. As a key member of our Pricing and Underwriting department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for our commercial short tail products.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in pricing and underwriting, with a strong understanding of commercial short tail products. You will work closely with our underwriting and executive management teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for commercial short tail products
  • Work closely with underwriting and executive management teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing models and platforms
  • Provide technical guidance and support to underwriting teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and communicate knowledge to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in pricing and underwriting, with a strong understanding of commercial short tail products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluent English language skills
