Job Title: HVAC Foreman M/F Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Foreman to join our team at SPIE Oil & Gas Services in Ras Laffan. As an HVAC Foreman, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of complete HVAC systems, including supervision, planning, and scheduling, inspection.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Installing and performing diagnostic tests on HVAC systems.
  • Developing and implementing HVAC maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
  • Troubleshooting HVAC malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining HVAC service records.
  • Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
  • Optimizing HVAC efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
  • Training co-workers on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment.
  • Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical with a minimum experience of 07 Years in oil and gas Industry or petrochemical industry or in similar facility or with major utilities as a mechanical Foreman.
  • Familiar with pumps, compressors, blowers, pipes and fittings, material specifications.
  • Capable of trouble shooting, maintaining, repairing and overhauling large size pumps, compressors, blowers, packaged splits, splits and window type AC's, chiller units, cooling towers and the like.
  • Experience on all electric, electronic, PLC and DDC HVAC control systems for buildings.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
