HVAC Foreman

Job Title: HVAC Foreman - Male

Job Purpose:

• This position is a unique opportunity to work with SPIE Oil & Gas Services in Qatar, handling HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
• The candidate will be responsible for supervising a team, planning and scheduling maintenance tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of HVAC systems.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industries.
• He will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, as well as providing training to co-workers.
• The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Installing and performing diagnostic tests on HVAC systems.
• Developing and implementing HVAC maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
• Troubleshooting HVAC malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
• Documenting processes and maintaining HVAC service records.
• Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
• Optimizing HVAC efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
• Training co-workers on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industries.
• Experience in HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
