Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in European key markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and strategic development, with a passion for the performing arts industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage sales in European key markets for professional audio products and HOLOPHONIX branch.
- Manage high-level projects, including equipment for operas, theaters, museums, and concert halls.
- Drive both direct sales and sales through channel partners.
- Identify, hire, and coach European territory managers.
- Identify strategic channel partners.
- Plan and manage product launches.
- Forecast and budget local sales and marketing activities.
- Devise tools to improve sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels.
- Advanced knowledge of loudspeaker and audio system design.
- Perfect technical understanding of electroacoustics systems and their deployment.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales of professional audio systems and components within the performing arts industry.
- Proven track record in Business Development and Sales, with a history of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity, especially in the musical and performing arts fields.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
- Strong market knowledge and ability to analyze market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively, up to 50% of the time, to engage with clients and partners across the European region.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Master's Degree in Marketing and/or Sales.
- Creative background and experiences as a musician.
- Passion for acoustics and sound reproduction, music, recording, and performing arts.
- Native English preferred.
