We're seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for:

Developing relationships with existing clients and distributors by offering tailored solutions to their needs.

Identifying new business opportunities in France and potential partnerships abroad.

Managing the sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, working closely with our Sales Director, technical teams, and support teams.

Requirements:

  • A higher education degree in Chemistry or significant technical experience in chemistry.
  • Strong technical and commercial experience in selling specialty ingredients, ideally surfactants.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a committed, rigorous profile with a proven ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
  • Desired knowledge of the detergent and cosmetics markets.
  • Fluent in English.
