As part of the Human Resources team, you will contribute to the 'Learning & Development' department, responsible for coordinating training programs on a group level.
Job Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs.
- Manage the training platform to streamline registration processes, communication channels, and reporting procedures.
- Ensure consistent quality and adherence to standards across international training programs.
- Create and oversee training actions and sessions, fostering a dynamic learning environment.
- Guide employees through the registration process, providing clear instructions and support.
- Gather and analyze training data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Enhance collaboration and communication between Learning & Development teams in various countries.
- Work closely with project managers and program leaders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for international training programs, ensuring accessibility and clarity.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve any issues related to training delivery promptly and effectively.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Training, or Project Management.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS).
- Excellent command of English (C2 level).
