About the Role:
We are in the process of expanding our Treasury team within the global Finance Department. Reporting directly to the Group Treasurer, your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing our daily treasury functions and cash management operations. As the second member of the treasury team, you will have a unique opportunity to influence processes and grow professionally in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payments and third-party interactions within the Cash Management Platform Kyriba, ensuring adherence to payment protocols and guidelines.
- Oversee Kyriba's maintenance concerning payment profiles and signature workflows, aligning with bank delegations.
- Maintain and update the bank delegation database.
- Engage in project work for the integration of new or acquired entities into Kyriba and the evolution of group systems.
- Ensure compliance with bank conditions through diligent verification.
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, P2P, accounting, legal) and external partners (bank back offices, software vendors).
- Be prepared for evolving responsibilities as the team expands and structures.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and French.
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Treasury, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of one relevant experience in Treasury, including internships or apprenticeships.
- Technical expertise in international payment formats and banking communication tools (Swiftnet and Kyriba), with experience in Kyriba implementation or configuration in a multi-country context.
- Experience managing bank delegations and powers of attorney.
- Adept at navigating an international and growing environment, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and inquisitive, with a willingness to adapt to a constantly changing field.
