Solvency II Reporting Specialist

As a key member of the SCOR Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Solvency II Reporting Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the production and delivery of Solvency II qualitative reports, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the development of Group processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the production of annual SFCR and RSR reports in English and French, coordinating with key stakeholders and contributors.
- Coordinate cross-functional processes to obtain contributions from various teams across the Group, ensuring quality and consistency of reports.
- Manage reporting process improvements and reports industrialization, implementing and maintaining the reporting tool.
- Support the preparation of financial sections of narrative reports, reviewing sections and ensuring compliance and consistency across the Group.
- Manage Solvency II Pillar 3 reporting regulatory watch across SCOR Group, following reporting requirements of EIOPA, the European Central Bank, and national regulators.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in financial reporting teams.
- Proven work experience within SII environment.
- Sound IFRS knowledge.
- Excellent English and French language skills.
- Good communication skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to build constructive relations across the Group.
- Team player, collaborative spirit.
- Well-organized, efficient, and autonomous.
- Analytical and thorough.
- Conscientious, curious, and enthusiastic.
- Flexible and reactive in order to respond to a constantly evolving environment.
- Trustworthy, honest, and high ethical and personal standards.
- SAP BFC / DM knowhow is a plus.
- Very good Microsoft office knowhow.
- BAC+5 in finance or equivalent.
- At least five years in a reporting department of a publicly traded company or Big 4 audit firm.
