About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at ENGIE, a leading energy company in France. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading key processes related to energy pricing and offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pilot the key processes for updating prices: Ensure operational excellence in key processes for updating prices, and lead the implementation of regulatory changes in collaboration with the Finance and IT departments.
- Develop a short- and medium-term pricing strategy to optimize value: Define upcoming tariff offers, anticipating regulatory and market changes, and simulate the evolution of risk levels in our portfolio in collaboration with the Finance department and trading teams.
- Monitor the tariff policy of the Passerelle offer: Adapt the pricing strategy and follow-up of the Passerelle offer, and implement and test monthly price updates in tools. Prepare and lead the realization of price revisions, including post-audit reporting.
- Establish a pricing expertise hub: Conduct ongoing market surveillance, contribute to the development of offers, and leverage pricing expertise to support development teams. Serve as a natural liaison between the Finance department, pricing, and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- You hold a Master's degree in Business or Engineering, and/or have at least 5 years of experience in the energy sector, during which you have developed:
- Solidarity, enthusiasm, creativity, and a sense of responsibility to be part of a passionate and committed team and to accelerate the energy transition of our generation.
- Knowledge of energy markets (e.g., gas/electricity value chains, renewable energy production, tariff structure of energy offers, etc.). You also have a strong curiosity and learning capacity.
- Rigor: Studies and projects are complex, requiring strong analytical skills, method, and rigor.
- Proactivity: The energy market is evolving, and there is still a vast field of possibilities to explore.
- Pedagogy: The subjects treated are highly technical and complex but must be relayed to management and clients in a simple and intelligible manner.
