Join Abaka as a French Marketing Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled French Marketing Consultant to join our team at Abaka. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define user needs in terms of CRM
  • Write the requirements document describing these needs
  • Configure the Microsoft Dynamics CRM tool
  • Define and write functional and technical specifications
  • Organize campaigns of integration and functional testing of applications
  • Communicate with the project manager and follow up on project teams
  • Participate in pre-sales
  • Collect needs, create application or system information mockups, and evaluate charges
  • Pilot the development of CRM tools if necessary
  • Train users on the use of customer relationship management tools
