Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Development Specialist (H/F) to join our development team in Toulouse.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving commercial development and identifying new business opportunities in line with our internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop commercial offers in collaboration with your hierarchy and relevant departments, based on a defined business model.
  2. Present offers to clients in a sales dynamic, in agreement with your hierarchy.
  3. Follow up on commercial agreements with clients, ensuring continuous liaison to measure client satisfaction, identify issues, and implement corrective actions with operational managers.
  4. Monitor client orders, invoicing, and collection, in collaboration with the Commercial Administration department.
  5. Identify financial discrepancies between actual and budgeted performance with operational managers to define corrective actions.
  6. Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
  7. Conduct commercial and economic watch (anticipate potential markets).

Requirements

Education: Higher education in Commerce or equivalent, or engineering school.

Experience: Professional experience in the relevant sector, preferably in service provision or the aerospace environment.

Skills: Familiarity with commercial techniques and negotiation, as well as business cycle management techniques.

Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Mobility: National mobility (or according to sector needs) is expected for this role.
