Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive customer adoption and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Anaplan's footprint within existing customer accounts
  • Proactively monitor customer adoption and engagement, and develop action plans to address any challenges
  • Guide customers in achieving business transformation through Anaplan's platform capabilities
  • Facilitate customer engagement with Anaplan's community, user groups, and events
  • Stay up-to-date on Anaplan's platform roadmap and educate customers on its benefits
What We're Looking for in a Candidate:
  • A customer-first mentality and strong project management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on translating technical information for diverse audiences
  • Experience in account management, client services, or a related field
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
