Customer Success Business Partner

Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account strategies to drive customer adoption and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Anaplan's footprint within existing customer accounts
- Proactively monitor customer adoption and engagement, and develop action plans to address any challenges
- Guide customers in achieving business transformation through Anaplan's platform capabilities
- Facilitate customer engagement with Anaplan's community, user groups, and events
- Stay up-to-date on Anaplan's platform roadmap and educate customers on its benefits
- A customer-first mentality and strong project management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on translating technical information for diverse audiences
- Experience in account management, client services, or a related field
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
