Dassault Systèmes, a global leader in 3D design and engineering software, is seeking a highly skilled Industry Process Consultant to join our Services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and deploying world-class software solutions for our customers in manufacturing and supply chain industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Align with our implementation team and key customer stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Identify and map customer requirements, their impact on business processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maximize solution value for the customer by mapping AS-IS and defining TO-BE processes.
- Set the direction of the project team to configure functionality in line with customer requirements, processes, and expectations.
- Deliver successful projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Demonstrate configured solutions to the customer, focusing on the value for the customer.
- Be the customer's trusted advisor on our solutions during development and in daily operation.
Requirements
- Master's degree in applied mathematics, operations research, industrial engineering, business, supply chain management, computer science, econometrics, or a similar discipline.
- Strong affinity with industry processes and solutions, passion for technology (educational and/or professional experience).
- Excellent communication skills, team player, innovative, enthusiastic, proactive, flexible mindset.
- Agile and comfortable working in a culturally diverse & matrix organization.
- Rapid adaptation of new knowledge, practices, and processes.
- Natural strong customer focus with a problem-solving orientation.
- Willingness to travel to customer facilities, often located within the UK and Benelux region.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- Object-oriented programming background is desired.
