About the Role

We are seeking an Industry Process Consultant to join our Services department to design, deliver, and deploy world-class software solutions for our customers in manufacturing and supply chain in a variety of industries.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning with our implementation team and key customer stakeholders, identifying and mapping customer requirements, and maximizing solution value for the customer.

Key responsibilities include setting the direction of the project team, configuring functionality in line with customer requirements, and delivering successful projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in applied mathematics, operations research, industrial engineering, business, supply chain management, computer science, econometrics, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong affinity with industry processes and solutions, passion for technology.
  • Excellent communication and team player skills, innovative, enthusiastic, proactive, flexible mindset.
  • Agile and comfortable working in a culturally diverse & matrix organization.
  • Rapid adaptation of new knowledge, practices, and processes.
  • Natural strong customer focus with a problem-solving orientation.
  • Willingness to travel to customer facilities, often located within the UK and Benelux region.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory.
  • Object-oriented programming background is desired.
