Etex France Exteriors, a subsidiary of the Etex Group, develops, produces, and sells innovative and sustainable solutions for the construction market. In the context of a replacement, Etex France Exteriors is seeking a Commercial Development Manager for the Equitone brand.

The Commercial Development Manager will be responsible for developing commercial relationships with prescribers and influencers in the region, identifying business opportunities, and providing technical expertise to customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prescribers and influencers in the region.
  • Identify business opportunities and their stage of development.
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide technical expertise to support sales efforts.
  • Organize events and activities to consolidate and develop the network of prescribers, installers, and distributors.
  • Participate in the definition of the company's commercial policy.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of CRM data (activity reporting, result analysis, optimization opportunities).
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a commercial background (minimum bac+3) and significant experience in a commercial and prescription role. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the internal organizations of prescribers and the decision-making process.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate strong listening and persuasion skills, be organized, rigorous, and autonomous, and have the ability to adapt to changing situations.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual who is able to find solutions to achieve goals, anticipate and propose initiatives.
