About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at ENGIE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating complex projects in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pilot and coordinate project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial and operational performance.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
