Position Overview
We are currently in search of a Human Resources Coordinator. This position involves overseeing contracts and modifications, tracking internal promotions, and providing essential documentation to the International HR Operations Team for monitoring and auditing purposes. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including residency permits and probation periods.
- Compile documentation for new employees;
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (residency permits, probation periods, etc.);
- Oversee contracts and modifications, track internal promotions;
- Prepare reports for workplace incidents and maintain relevant dashboards;
- Schedule and oversee medical evaluations;
- Manage health insurance and benefits registration;
- Monitor probationary periods;
- Administer meal vouchers;
- Relay all variable payroll elements to the payroll department;
- Address sick leave cases;
- Verify payroll accuracy;
- Generate social dashboards (headcount reports, Economic and Social Database, etc.);
- Conduct social assessments and mandatory surveys;
- Manage leaves of absence using the Replicon tool;
- Respond to employee inquiries.
- Possesses a diploma or certification in Administrative Management or Human Resources with demonstrated experience in the field.
- Familiarity with pre-payroll processes and human resources regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, proficient in English and French writing and formatting.
- Detail-oriented, with strong numerical skills, organizational abilities, and respect for deadlines.
- Capable of working independently under complex guidelines and taking initiative in assigned responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality.
