Role ObjectiveAs a Lead Product Strategist at Amadeus, you will guide and mentor a team focused on the advancement and innovation of the Amadeus Central Reservation System platform. Your responsibilities will include formulating and implementing the product strategy, championing product investment initiatives, and delivering solutions centered around customer needs to facilitate the growth of our community product offerings. Main ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities:

- Articulate and implement the product vision and strategy, transforming it into a detailed product roadmap.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Relevant Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in a multinational management or product role, with a focus on product management and the travel/hospitality sector.
- Experience in team leadership and product management.
- Proven track record in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business goals.
- Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the hospitality sector, including providers, travel agencies, technology, trends, and strategies.
- Strong knowledge of hotel distribution systems, including Central Reservation Systems and Property Management Systems.
- Professional proficiency in English is essential.
