The Team
Our Project and Development Services team provides guidance and support to investors, property owners, and corporations in enhancing and transforming their assets or land, as well as in managing new construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking to expand our focus on Healthcare and Life Sciences projects. As a Healthcare Project Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business development by promoting our Project and Development Services offerings to clients in this sector.
- Gather requirements from the client
- Draft project specifications
- Oversee preliminary studies and phases including APS, APD, DCE, and AMT
- Analyze the building and/or land
- Define a product concept
- Consult and select technical stakeholders
- Manage stakeholders during the construction phase
- Assist the client during project handover
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Significant professional experience (minimum ten years) in team management and real estate project management, along with client advisory
- Expertise in Healthcare and Life Sciences projects is essential
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills
- Team-oriented, curious, and agile
- Ability to synthesize information and possess teaching skills
- Proficiency in English
