Mission

Le cabinet Manpower France recherche un profil en CDI pour un client dans le secteur du bâtiment. Vous serez chargé de commercialiser des produits de fixation et d'animer un réseau de distribution.

Compétences requises
  • Vous êtes positif et enthousiaste, passionné par votre métier et la relation commerciale.
  • Vous êtes autonome et appréciez d'évoluer dans un environnement qui vous laisse une certaine latitude d'organisation.
  • Vous êtes orienté analyse et stratégie, avec une bonne connaissance du secteur géographique.
Missions
  • Vous prenez en charge un portefeuille de clients sur le secteur du bâtiment après une période de formation aux produits.
  • Vous rationalisez vos visites auprès des distributeurs en fonction des cibles et des enjeux du marché.
  • Vous réalisez le diagnostic des besoins, des projets et proposez les produits adaptés aux clients.
  • Vous assurez le reporting et le suivi de votre activité avec le service commercial.
  • Vous participez à des salons professionnels pour positionner l'entreprise en référent auprès des professionnels.
Expérience et compétences

Pour réussir dans cette mission, une première expérience commerciale probante, idéalement dans le secteur du bâtiment, vous permet d'être rapidement opérationnel. Vous devez être à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et assurer un reporting de qualité.
