Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish stock according to seasonal demands and customer needs to ensure optimal product availability.
- Visual Merchandising: Enhance the visual appeal of the department and manage shelf displays to create an attractive shopping experience.
- Team Supervision: Supervise the shelf stocking team and ensure product quality and hygiene standards are maintained.
