We are seeking a UX researcher who can help us deliver exceptional user experiences. As a UX researcher, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' business goals and user needs, and developing research methods to inform product decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting qualitative (think-aloud) usability testing
Competitive testing
Prototype Testing
Analyzing and synthesizing a large amount of information in a purposeful way, describing the process and results in a way that is easy to understand and follow
Experience using research tools (i.e. collaboration, participant management, data analysis & presentation tools)
Familiarity with UX methods and framework
Strong verbal, written communication, and storytelling skills in English are a must
