Transforming Public Safety with Innovative Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges in the public safety sector.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Leverage our location intelligence expertise to create innovative solutions that meet end-user needs.
  • Design and develop value propositions that differentiate our products in the marketplace.
  • Drive financial growth by anticipating economic value associated with product business objectives.
  • Translate our value proposition into compelling messaging that resonates with customers and prospects.
  • Support the sales organization by participating in sales meetings and onboarding future clients.
  • Manage the product roadmap, defining priorities, planning developments, and ensuring successful launches.
  • Measure impact by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and revenue contribution.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in product management, preferably in public safety or enterprise software.
  • Excellent understanding of user needs and ability to translate those needs into concrete solutions.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills to make informed decisions based on data and facts.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strategic vision to identify market opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Natural leadership to drive cross-functional teams and get people on board.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and clear understanding across teams and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with location intelligence or related technologies is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and French is required, with knowledge of other languages a plus.
