Global Manufacturing Process Owner

Pernod Ricard is seeking a highly skilled Global Manufacturing Process Owner to lead the design and development of manufacturing operations processes within the ERP system. This role will oversee the entire production lifecycle, from distillation to bottling and packaging, ensuring these processes are optimized, standardized, and aligned with industry best practices and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop detailed process designs for the manufacturing of white spirits, including distillation, blending, bottling, and packaging, within the ERP scope.
- Oversee the development and implementation of these manufacturing processes in the ERP, working closely with tech and ERP specialists to ensure the system accurately supports operational needs.
- Drive efforts to standardize manufacturing operations across all production facilities, ensuring consistency in the quality and efficiency of production.
- Ensure the designed processes are fully integrated with quality control measures within the ERP system, maintaining high standards of product integrity and safety.
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and quality assurance teams to align manufacturing operations with broader operational strategies and supply chain requirements.
- Master's degree in engineering or business school.
- Required 10/12 years of experience.
- Experience in consumer goods industry.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing activities.
- SAP Savvy is a nice to have.
- English is mandatory. French and Spanish appreciated but not mandatory.
