Engineering Planning Director

TechnipFMC is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Planning Director to lead our Planning & Scheduling department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership supervision and expertise to our personnel, fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
Job Purpose:The purpose of this role is to provide robust support to our project/proposal teams, enhancing planning tools and procedures to streamline operations and increase efficiency. You will ensure that all planning on projects/proposals strictly adheres to TechnipFMC standards, Quality, and HSE, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity in all undertakings.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expertise and leadership to the Scheduling & Planning department
- Define the orientations, objectives, and budget of the department
- Ensure the implementation and improvement of company Planning and Scheduling standards and procedures
- Contribute towards maintaining and implementing corporate QA & HSES Management System objectives and procedures
- Develop standards and procedures, ensuring they are in line with recognized best practices in the area
- Anticipate the workload of the department and identify the resources needed
- Propose the adequate organization of the planning and scheduling discipline, staffing plan, and methods and tools adapted and required for the project
- Fulfill the role of an advisor for project and proposals
- Collect Planning and Scheduling feedback and implement lessons learned during project execution
- Engineering degree or equivalent diploma
- 10 years of experience in Project execution
- Expert knowledge of Project Planning tools
- Professional English
- Deep understanding of the business principles for the Oil & Gas industry
- Thorough understanding and experience in Project delivery processes and principles
- Basic knowledge about the Global Business Process Management System (GBPMS)
