Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Manager to join our team in the Direction Juridique. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the management of contracts and procurement processes for various projects. Your main tasks will include:

  • Analyzing administrative documents and technical specifications
  • Identifying risks and proposing recommendations to mitigate them
  • Providing support during contract execution with clients, suppliers, and service providers
  • Advising operational teams on contract-related matters
  • Managing claims and disputes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Master's degree)
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial or construction sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
