Senior Finance Specialist

As a Senior Finance Specialist at Haleon, you will play a critical role in building partnerships with the business and driving the strategic business plan. You will use your finance expertise to support strategy and decision-making with critical financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Business Unit in resolving finance issues by bringing together Haleon departments.
- Develop a strong Finance Business Partnering organization.
- Collaborate with the business to identify and prioritize financial opportunities.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, including IFRS, US GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
- Advanced degree in finance or related field preferred.
- Effective knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
